I am attaching my blood test report as well as my USG report. For the past 2 months, I have been experiencing elevated bilirubin and liver enzymes. Please review the reports and advise what could be the cause and what steps I should take next.

Persistent elevation may need viral hepatitis tests, LFT follow up, and liver USG. Avoid alcohol and fatty food.

Liver bilirubin direct is 0.50, ALT SGPT is 63, hemoglobin is 17.50, PCV is 51.40, RBC is 5.76, lymphocytes in DLC are 41.70, monocytes in ALC are 0.18, glucose fasting plasma is 107, LDL is 106, and HbA1c glycosylated hemoglobin blood is 6.8. Kindly tell me if I am a healthy person or not. What is the problem?

She has been feeling weak recently. Today I went to the lab, and some of her test results are high. Her report shows SGOT (AST) 62 and SGPT (ALT) 53. She also says she has pain on the left side of her abdomen. What could be the reason for this problem?
