I am a banker and my married life started in October 2021. Due to difficulty conceiving, I recently did a sperm analysis. The results are: Active motile 25 percent, Sluggish 10 percent, Dead motile 65 percent, Morphology normal. Can anyone suggest medication, or do I need to change my lifestyle? I think the low sperm motility may be due to exposure to a blower heater.

Low motility may affect fertility. Avoid heat, smoking, improve lifestyle. Consider multivitamins. Repeat semen analysis after 3 months.

View allWe have been trying to conceive for the past 4 to 5 months but have not been successful. As advised by the doctor, I underwent some tests, including a semen analysis. My report shows that more than 50 percent of the sperm are non viable (dead) out of 30 million, and only 24 percent are motile. Please help me understand what this means and what can be done.
