I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and recently underwent an OGTT. My blood sugar levels usually stay within the normal range with diet and exercise, but occasionally they rise above 170 mg per dL. I have attached my report. Could you please review it and let me know if I need to start medication?

If most readings are in range with diet or exercise and occasional spikes, medication may not be needed now. Keep tracking sugars and follow up with your doctor. Consistency is key in pregnancy.
