I am currently having a UTI, and I have done a urine report and urine culture. I have been taking medicines for the last 15 to 20 days, but still have frequent urination and lower abdomen or stomach pain. Earlier, there were antibiotics, but now another dose is prescribed without antibiotics. Will doing panchakarma help to cure UTI?

My mother is 38 years old and has been suffering from urinary tract infections along with kidney stones for the past 3 years. Recently, most of the stones were removed, but a small stone remains. She now experiences very frequent urination. All path lab reports KFT, LFT, and lipid are normal. Even then I face the problem of frequent urination and weakness in the lower abdomen. Ultrasound report says prostate about 19 to 20 ml. Please guide.
