I am experiencing burning sensation and pain in my abdomen along with white discharge. The lab report mentions blood present written in pen, but I am not sure what that means. I have attached my report, could you please help me understand the results and advise on what this might indicate?

White discharge with pain and blood present may suggest vaginal infection or minor irritation. Note if it is smelling foul it is treatable with medicine. Please consult a gynecologist to confirm and manage easily.

I have attached the medical report for your review. The findings mention that the walls of the bladder are thickened, and one kidney is smaller in size. I would like to understand what complications can arise from this condition, what treatment options are available, and what precautions should be taken. Is this a life threatening disease, or can it reduce my friend lifespan? Also, I am worried, will he have to spend the rest of his life bedridden?
