I am experiencing significant hair fall and premature greying of hair. I have attached my medical report and would like your assistance.

Hair fall may relate to iron, thyroid, or B12 levels. Greying can be genetic or stress induced. Review report for deficiencies.

View allI have been having hair problems for the last 1 year, with excessive hair fall. My blood test shows low vitamin D and vitamin B12. I have been taking Nutrilite Cal Mag D and vitamin B12 supplements for the past month, but I have not seen any improvement. Due to WFH, I am living in Sangli, Maharashtra. I have also had some period related problems in the past 2 months. I think the hair loss may be due to hormonal imbalance. Please help me understand what I should do and which specialist I should consult to treat this issue/ Thank you.

I recently had a complete haemogram done, and the results showed that my haemoglobin, total RBC, total WBC, lymphocytes, POV, platelet count, MCV, and MCH are all highly imbalanced, with some values being either too high or too low. Currently, I am not experiencing any major physical problems except for hair fall. I want to understand why my blood report is showing such imbalances and what steps I should take.
