I am experiencing a strong and consistent urge to urinate frequently, even while I am already urinating. I have submitted a normal urine routine test report and also given a sample for urine culture. Please advise on what this might indicate and the next steps.

Since your urine report appears normal, the frequent urge to urinate may not be due to an active infection, but we should wait for the urine culture results to be sure. If the culture is negative and symptoms persist, other causes like bladder irritation or overactive bladder can be considered. In the meantime, try avoiding caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods, and observe if symptoms improve. Timed voiding or pelvic floor exercises may also help. If discomfort continues, a follow up with a urologist might be helpful for further evaluation.

Hi Doctor, for the past five days I have been suffering from a urinary infection. The doctor at the nearest hospital advised me to undergo a urine routine and culture test. The routine test came out normal, and the culture report is still awaited. Meanwhile, I had an ultrasound done, which suggested cystitis and an ovarian cyst on the right side. I am yet to consult the doctor with these reports tomorrow. I am experiencing nocturia and feel my bladder is full even after urinating. Frequent urination is very annoying. I am currently taking Zenflox 200. Please suggest what should be done?

I had annual tests done and am attaching my urine report. I want to know if it is normal. I am having pain in the lower abdomen, so I expected RBCs and casts to be absent, but they are nil. Is this okay?
