I am on the fourth day of my period, but I am still feeling nauseous. I took a home pregnancy test, which was negative. I am experiencing extreme restlessness, high stress, and anxiety, and I am unable to sleep properly. Occasionally, I get chills. My mind keeps racing with unrealistic thoughts that I know cannot happen, but I cannot control them.

Ongoing nausea, chills, and anxiety during your period may be linked to hormonal changes or anxiety overload. The negative pregnancy test confirms pregnancy is not the cause. Your restlessness, racing thoughts, and poor sleep point to possible anxiety or PMS related emotional stress. You are not alone, many women feel this way during hormone shifts.

View allRecently, I underwent the 86 test package and the report shows some blood parameters that are either above or below the normal range. I am not sure which specialist doctor I should consult. The main findings are: TSH is about three times higher than normal, and there are deficiencies in Vitamin B and Vitamin D. Kindly guide me on which specialist to visit.

I am 15 weeks pregnant with my first child. In my recent test, my TSH level was 48. Could you please guide me on whether it is safe to continue my pregnancy and what steps I should take next?

Greetings Sir/Madam, My T3 and T4 levels appear to be normal, but my TSH level is high. What could this indicate? I have attached my thyroid test report.
