I am gaining weight drastically and even after following a proper diet I am not able to lose weight. I am having neurological and other problems due to this. My blood report also shows high fat percentage. What should I do to lose weight? I do not want traditional suggestions like diet or exercise as I have already tried those.

Consider hormonal causes like hypothyroidism or Cushing syndrome. You may also explore options like GLP-1 agonists (e.g., semaglutide) under supervision. Please consult an endocrinologist for targeted therapy.

She was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 2 years ago. She was prescribed to take Thyronorm 50 and was advised not to stop it. However, now her T3 and T4 levels are within the reference range. Today she had palpitations with quite a lot of sweat. She says she feels better if she does not take the prescribed tablet but she is afraid too. Please let me know what needs to be done. Attached are the last blood test reports.
