I am having hypothyroid and I have my reports. I want to consult my report to start my medication and understand its effects?

If you have confirmed hypothyroidism, treatment with Thyronorm is usually lifelong. Medication keeps hormone levels normal and prevents symptoms. Regular follow up and dose adjustment every 3 to 6 months is key.

Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a Free (FT4) Test Test

View allMy mother has had thyroid issues for a long time and she takes her medicine regularly. She works a lot at home but is still unable to reduce her weight. She has rheumatoid arthritis and because of it, she is unable to do exercise or any extra outdoor activity to reduce weight. Painkillers have side effects on her, so she is now taking Ayurvedic medicines for pain relief. Recently, I had her general health test done through 1mg. Her thyroid was slightly high and her WBC count was elevated, but not to the extent that needs immediate medical attention. She is coping well, but there are some gaps in her healthcare. She has visited different doctors, but things are still not improving. I am unable to find a correct doctor for her so that we can take proper care of her health?

My TSH is 11.56 as per my report today. I am feeling tired all the time and have body heaviness and no interest in doing any work. Are any other tests required before going to the doctor? Kindly suggest.
