I am having pain in my hand and leg. I also feel pain in my shoulders, hand, wrist, fingers, knee, toes, and forefeet. What problem am I having? Which doctor should I consult? What other tests are required? My blood report shows vitamin D 19.72, vitamin B12 183, ESR 52, CRP 17.6, and CPK 500.1.

These values suggest inflammation, muscle breakdown, and vitamin deficiency. Likely causes: myositis or autoimmune disorder. Consult a rheumatologist.

We also did several tests including blood and urine, but nothing abnormal was found. However, after taking the medicines, her fever seems to be getting higher. The doctor is still unable to identify the reason for her fever. What could be the possible cause?

I have pain in my body from neck to hip joints and shoulders after sitting a few minutes, and sometimes I also get headaches. I underwent treatment and my blood report shows abnormal results: total WBC count is 12,700 cells per cumm, ESR is 52 mm per h, and RA factor is 4.8 IU per ml. My doctor prescribed medicine without explaining the report. Can anyone please explain my report? Is there anything serious in my blood report? Are these symptoms of cancer? Please answer and suggest what is better for me.
