I am having sore throat pain, body pain and fever since 4 days. I have checked blood report today from private healthian laboratory. In that report it was written SARS COVID antibodies rating 4.37. Now should I go for RT PCR or have paracetamol named Dolo 650 mg to get rid of fever and throat pain. I have been using azithromycin since 4 days.

COVID antibody test does not confirm active infection. If fever and sore throat persist, an RT PCR test is advisable. Paracetamol can help with fever. Azithromycin should only be continued if advised by your doctor.
