I am pregnant, and my TSH level is 8.21 as per my blood report. Should I be worried?

TSH more than 2.5 is high in pregnancy. This should be treated to avoid risk to fetus. Please consult your OBGYN for levothyroxine.

View allHi, my wife, aged 34, has not been feeling well for the last few weeks. She delivered a healthy baby in March 2020 by operation. Her symptoms include hyperacidity, low energy, headache, uneasiness, and occasional vertigo. Her blood test report shows: TSH 4.9, SGPT 68.96, SGOT 31.06, GGT 47.33, Hb 13.1, Platelet count 137. My queries are: how can we increase platelets? How can we get SGPT and SGOT to normal? Is there any connection with TSH? Thanks.
