I am sharing my miscarriage report. This is my first conception in 3 years, but unfortunately, I lost the pregnancy. I have been diagnosed with bilateral PCOS, but this report shows only a cyst on my left ovary, while the right ovary appears normal. Does this mean my PCOS is cured or improved? I am feeling confused and would appreciate your clarification.

If your latest report shows only a left ovarian cyst, that does not mean PCOS is cured, it just means it is currently inactive on one side. PCOS is a chronic condition and can fluctuate.

View allHi, I am 29 years old and currently undergoing follicular studies. Before starting the monitoring, I was prescribed Meprate. I started bleeding on the 3rd day after stopping Meprate, and the bleeding continued for around 9 days (the first 3 days were very mild). Now, on Day 18 of my cycle, I have experienced bleeding again. I was expecting ovulation around this time, but my follicular scan shows no significant change in egg size compared to Day 16, although the endometrial thickness is progressing well. Medications I am currently taking: Metformin, usually 250 mg morning and evening, for the last 5 days, 500 mg in the morning and 250 mg at night Follicle Active (folic acid supplement) B complex multivitamin I have attached my report and would appreciate it if someone could help clarify.

I am currently undergoing fertility treatment. Initially, my gynaecologist prescribed progesterone vaginal capsules to induce my period, as I have PCOD and irregular cycles. After that, she started me on Ovaa Shield from the 3rd day of my period. However, during my follicular study, there was no follicle growth even by the 17th day (the report showed SF). So, she again prescribed progesterone, and I got my period. This time, she prescribed Ovaa Shield DS. I am now on the 15th day of my cycle, but still, there is no follicular growth (still showing SF). How long will this medication continue? I am feeling very confused and stressed. I previously lost my first baby due to a heart block. I am still not getting pregnant.

As per my report can I get pregnant with AMH level 0.98. Is there any particular treatment? Is IVF the only solution to conceive. Please suggest me?
