I am struggling to gain weight consistently. Even if I manage to gain a little, I end up losing it quickly. I have done all the necessary blood tests. Could you please recommend a good dietitian to help me with a proper nutrition plan.

If you are losing weight despite normal reports, it may be due to digestion or metabolic factors. Get thyroid and sugar levels rechecked. Include calorie dense, nutritious food like nuts, banana, ghee, pulses. You can consult a clinical dietician for a structured plan.

I had a baby 1.5 years ago via normal forceps delivery. After delivery, I lost significant weight, about 12 kg compared to my pre-pregnancy weight (from 60 kg to 46 kg). Even after weaning, I am unable to gain weight. I also have a movable lump in my breast and had a biopsy done. The doctor did not find anything concerning in the report. Could you please suggest possible reasons for my inability to gain weight and any steps I should take?
