I am suffering from epididymitis for the past 3 months. I have consulted good urologists, and they prescribed antibiotics and NSAIDs. I never had swelling, only mild pain and discomfort. My urine report and USG were normal every time. But even after medications, the mild discomfort is not going. Can anyone help me?

Persistent non infective epididymitis can be inflammatory. Warm compress, supportive underwear, and NSAIDs can help. If no relief, a second opinion from a urologist may be needed.

My periods are about to start, could this be the reason for the traces of blood in the urine? I have attached the report for your reference. Please advise.

I initially consulted a urologist, who advised me to see a dermatologist. I have now consulted a dermatologist and started the prescribed medications (attached for your reference).
