I am a thyroid patient. My reports are currently normal. I have been running 6 km in the morning for a few days and for the past few days I have been feeling dull, irritable, lacking energy, and sleepy.

Excessive running can sometimes cause fatigue, especially in thyroid patients. You may be overexerting. Rule out iron or vitamin deficiency. Do the required CBC, ferritin, B12, and thyroid retest.

What could be the reason, and what should I do next?

Is this normal post-viral behavior, or should I be concerned about his activity level? I am a bit worried. I have attached his blood report for your review.
