I broke both my legs with tibia fractures and it's been 3 months since surgery. I've started walking slowly but was wondering if having beer or alcohol once or twice a week could slow down bone healing where the fractures happened

My husband has been dealing with pain in his right wrist for the past four months and was diagnosed with Kienbock's disease by an orthopedist. The doctor recommended surgery since he's in stage 2, and the MRI and X-ray show his lunate bone is damaged from poor blood supply. Is surgery really the only option at this stage or are there other treatments we could try first

I've been dealing with a sprained ankle for about 18 days now and there's still some swelling. I saw an ortho who checked the X-rays and said there's no fracture, just a sprain. He gave me Dolanzen and Lormoto for two weeks. The pain's better, but I'm still having trouble walking and there's some swelling left. How long does it usually take to fully heal from a sprain like this? Do you think the meds I'm on are okay? What can I do to get rid of the remaining swelling?
Yes there is cure for that visit Psychiatrist for appropriate management
