I can't fold my legs and sit comfortably it's genetic since my dad and brother have the same issue. Plus, my spinal cord sticks out a bit and I can actually feel it. Is there any solution or surgery that could help with this?

I had spine surgery at L2-L3 and L4-L5 levels two years ago but now I'm getting really bad pain in my lower left back could this be related to my previous surgery or something new going on?

I've had back pain for over 4 years and struggle with bending or sitting for long. Sometimes the pain gets so bad it even affects my breathing. My MRI showed a bulging disk at L4 and doctors recommended surgery, but I'm really nervous about going under the knife. Are there any other treatment options I could try first?
