I can't fold my legs and sit comfortably it's genetic since my dad and brother have the same issue. Plus, my spinal cord sticks out a bit and I can actually feel it. Is there any solution or surgery that could help with this?

My doctor says I need surgery for spine nerve compression but I really want to avoid it I'm using an LS belt right now. Are there other treatment options that could help without going under the knife?
