I consulted a doctor because I was having balance problems and vertigo, and I was told I have a vitamin B12 deficiency. My test result showed a level of 193. The doctor prescribed Neurobion Forte, Monobe (thiamine), and a multivitamin. I have been taking these medicines for the past 22 days. Although my symptoms have improved, I still have some problems. How long will it take to fully recover?

B12 deficiency can take weeks to months to fully improve nerve related symptoms. Continue supplements. If symptoms persist beyond 2 to 3 months, consider B12 injections and neurologist review.

View allI have been suffering from hand tremors and muscle weakness, which affect my ability to perform daily tasks. My hands shake a lot, causing me embarrassment, and this has been happening since I was around 14 to 15 years old. A doctor advised hormonal tests, and my report shows the following: S.Free T4 is 1.09 ng per dl (Reference range 0.8 to 2.0) S.TSH (Ultrasensitive) is 2.4 uIU per ml (Reference range 0.4 to 4.5) Active Vitamin B12 (HoloTc) is 36 pmol per L (Reference range 30 to 165) Are these test results normal? Is my report normal? Also, what could be the actual cause of my hand tremors and muscle weakness?

Hi, I am attaching my blood report. The MCV and MCHV seem to be out of the normal range. Could you please let me know if this is a cause for concern and if any further action is needed? Thank you.
