I did my pregnancy test on the 45th day and got a very mild positive indication. Then I did it again on the 50th day and did not find any positive indication. I do not have any pregnancy symptoms except pain in my breast nipples. Otherwise, I am normal as on any other day. Is this a positive pregnancy result or negative? Please clear my doubt.

A faint positive followed by a negative likely indicates a chemical pregnancy or very early miscarriage, which is common. Nipple pain could be due to hormone fluctuation, not necessarily pregnancy. To confirm, take a Serum beta hCG Test if levels are below 5 mIU/ml, youre not pregnant. No need to panic, but track your next cycle.

Can a beta HCG blood report be wrong in early pregnancy? Because my cycle length is 40 to 45 days. I got my beta HCG test done after a 1 day delay as per my cycle and the report came negative.

I had a frozen embryo transfer on 4th July. Initially, I experienced mild period like cramps, which have now stopped, but I still have occasional mild pelvic and lower back pain. I am taking all my medications as prescribed, including Crinone 8 percent progesterone gel. Since yesterday, I have had a burning sensation while urinating. Can I take a beta HCG test now to check if I am pregnant, or should I wait a few more days? I am really worried, please advise.
