I experience evening shivering, fever, headache, and body pain. My blood report taken on Friday was normal, with no positive results for malaria or typhoid. Still, the fever returns daily in the evening with shivering, and after taking Dolo 650, it calms down for 3 to 4 hours. I started Lumerex 80 mg yesterday. Please advise if hospital admission is required?

Since Lumerex has been used in malaria treatment, it is best to complete the course. If fever persists beyond 3 to 4 days despite treatment, hospital evaluation is recommended.
