I experience evening shivering, fever, headache, and body pain. My blood report taken on Friday was normal, with no positive results for malaria or typhoid. Still, the fever returns daily in the evening with shivering, and after taking Dolo 650, it calms down for 3 to 4 hours. I started Lumerex 80 mg yesterday. Please advise if hospital admission is required?

Recurring evening fever with shivering, body ache, and headache even after normal tests may point to a viral or undiagnosed infection. Since Lumerex has been used in malaria treatment, it is best to complete the course. If fever persists beyond 3 to 4 days despite treatment, hospital evaluation is recommended.

My platelet distribution width PDW is 8.9 FL as per my blood report which is below the normal range. My platelet to large cell ratio PLCR is low at 14.8 percent. Is this a cause for worry and should I consult a doctor?

I have had neck muscle and some joint pain for the past four months, followed by headache and fatigue all day. I got a CBC done, which showed high atypical lymphocytes, and then I had a peripheral blood smear done. Are these reports normal?
