I found out I had Hepa B a couple of years back after an hbsag screening, and I was told it might go away by itself. So recently, I got my blood screened again, and the result came back as nonreactive. Could this mean the virus has cleared up on its own? I'm a bit confused and would appreciate some insight.

I'm happy to help clarify this for you.
Understanding Your Hepatitis B Test Results
Initial Diagnosis (2 years ago)
- You tested positive for Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), indicating an active Hepatitis B infection.
Recent Test Results
- Your recent HBsAg test result is "non-reactive," which means the virus is no longer detectable in your blood.
What Does This Mean?
A non-reactive HBsAg result suggests that:
- Viral clearance: Your body may have cleared the Hepatitis B virus on its own, which is possible in some cases.
- Viral suppression: Alternatively, the virus might still be present but at undetectable levels, possibly due to your immune system's response.
However, to confirm whether you've truly cleared the virus, you should undergo further testing, such as:
- HBsAb (Hepatitis B surface antibody) test: This checks for antibodies against the Hepatitis B virus, indicating immunity.
- HBV DNA (Hepatitis B virus DNA) test: This measures the viral load in your blood.

View allMy stomach has been hurting for the past three days. It's like these cramps and sharp pains that come and go every day, lasting about 5 to 10 seconds before it goes back to normal. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? Could it be related to some kind of gastro issue? What can I do at home to feel better?
It sounds like you might be experiencing mild gastrointestinal discomfort, possibly due to indigestion, gas, or even a mild stomach infection. Try taking an over-the-counter antacid or anti-gas medication, drink warm water, and avoid heavy or spicy foods. If the pain persists or worsens, its best to consult a doctor to rule out other causes.

Was dealing with COVID back in April and felt better by May. Havent had any issues till now, but for the past 45 days, my stomach's been feeling really tight like Im constipated. Not much gas is coming out, even with rantac 150mg. There's also this chest tightness and occasional pain, especially on the left side and in the middle bone of my chest. Is it just gas, or could it be something else? I'm kinda worried.

I've been dealing with indigestion because of gallstones, with the biggest one measuring 7.5mm. A lot of people are telling me to get my gallbladder removed surgically, but I'm not sure about that. Some are suggesting Ayurveda instead. Is there any way to treat gallstones properly with medications alone, without needing surgery?
Patient is advised for laparoscopic cholecystectomy or open cholecystectomy procedure.
