I found out I have a 6.7 mm stone in the mid pole calyx of my right kidney along with mild PCS fullness. How serious is this? Should I be worried? What changes should I make to my diet and medications? Will I need surgery for this?

A 6.7 mm renal stone with mild PCS fullness may pass with hydration, analgesics, and medical expulsive therapy, but close monitoring is essential.
