I found out I have a 6.7 mm stone in the mid pole calyx of my right kidney along with mild PCS fullness. How serious is this? Should I be worried? What changes should I make to my diet and medications? Will I need surgery for this?

View allIve got these three kidney stones, around 10mm each, and Im a bit worried about them. One has already moved into my bladder and looks like the other two are on their way. Im on alfuzosin and drinking enough fluids, which seems to help with urination. Im curious to know when and how these stones will pass through. Could you provide some insights? Im reaching out from India.
that can't be predicted but for sure it will pass out in urine

it's been 6 days since my circumcision but there's still swelling and a ring-like thing around the penis head - how long until everything looks normal again
Proper healing can take several weeks. In the initial days after circumcision, the skin around the penis may appear red and swollen. As healing takes place, redness will fade and swelling will subside. Likewise, any scar tissue that's raised or bumpy in the first days and weeks after the surgery should shrink.
