I found out I have a partially distended gallbladder with multiple stones, the biggest being 19mm, and diffuse wall thickening in the neck and body. My liver shows grade 1 fatty infiltration but other reports and LFT are fine except slightly high SGPT. I'm really scared of surgery what other options do I have?

View allSo, I've been dealing with jaundice for about a week now. My eyes are starting to look less yellow, which is a relief. But I'm still pretty unsure about what foods I should be sticking to or avoiding right now. I'm especially curious if it's okay to eat green chillies while I'm recovering. Could they cause any problems or side effects?
no it should be avoided during jaundice

I'm feeling this pain on the right side of my upper neck, and it seems to radiate towards my throat and jaw. Sometimes there's this weird tightness on the right side of my face too. I'm already dealing with GERD and taking PPIs like rabeprazole actapro and antacids. I'm worrieddo you think this could be related to acid reflux?
Yes that could be due to GERD ,continue using PPIs and consume bland diet and have adequate rest this will help you

I'm really worried because after getting a steroid injection in my shoulder for nerve damage, I've been having severe stomach pain. Is this normal? What should I do about it?
Steroid injections can sometimes lead to stomach pain due to irritation of the stomach lining or acid reflux. While mild discomfort may resolve with over-the-counter remedies, severe stomach pain should not be ignored. You should reach out to your doctor to evaluate the cause of the pain and ensure proper treatment.
