I have a pilonidal sinus that came back after having laser surgery in 2015. This time it's not as bad pus discharged three times, but now the hole is closed with no pain or redness. I'm looking for a minimally invasive option like EPSiT (endoscopic pilonidal sinus treatment). Are there any hospitals or day care clinics in Chennai that do this procedure?
