I get tired easily and cannot run or climb much. I do not do any exercise. I have attached my whole blood report along with my blood sugar report. Why do I feel weakness or fatigue? Thanks and regards.

Fatigue without exercise is common. If basic reports like CBC, sugar are normal, low physical activity or mild anemia may be reasons. Improve hydration, sleep, and exercise slowly. Please monitor your hemoglobin levels strictly
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test
