I go for a blood test when I feel pain near my heart. I am attaching my blood report for the same. Please help. Which vegetables and fruits should I eat to reduce it? How can I reduce it? I have already started daily exercise.

Ten days ago, my father experienced acute chest pain with jaw pain. He was admitted to the hospital, and the doctor performed a Trop T test, which was positive. Treatment was started, and the doctor also prescribed a 2D Echo and CK MB test, with CK MB being 11. After five days in the hospital, my father is now stable. My question is: what follow up tests or care should we go for next?
