I got a complete body profile test and found that my hemoglobin and RBC are below average. Please tell me how to increase them. My serum triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol are above average; please tell me how to decrease them. My thyroid is under control because of medications, but if possible, can you tell me how to manage thyroid without medications? I have attached my report. Please give me your advice on how I can keep everything under control? Thank you.

Improve iron intake (leafy greens, supplements), avoid sugar/fried food for lipids. Thyroid control without meds is rare, continue monitoring.

I am suffering from stomach ache since 29 May morning and I got mild fever on 29 May evening. Both my fever and stomach ache come and go. The maximum fever recorded till now is 99.6 F. I also had a small episode of loose motion but that is now settled. My blood report is normal. Please guide what could be the reason and if it can be COVID?
