I got my nose pierced about two weeks ago, and now there's a bump forming inside my nose. I'm pretty worried about it and wondering what it could be. Can you help me figure out how to deal with this bump?

I'm dealing with a fungal infection inside the skin on my penis. Could you recommend a specific cream that could help treat it? I'm feeling a bit worried and would really appreciate any advice you could offer.

Ive been dealing with this really annoying itching on my wrist. Then, after a day, it swelled up a bit. I tried using some turmeric powder and it seemed to help, but the next day the itchiness and the swelling came back, this time on the back of my hand, and the swelling was way worse. It kept getting bigger for about three days. I put some more turmeric paste on it, and now the swellings gone down on my hand but has moved to my fingers. The itchiness is still there, and the swelling is bad and hurts a bit. Could this be from an insect bite? What do you think I should do?

I'm trying to deal with some acne scars, and my dermatologist recommended nirvalyte gel. But unfortunately, I can't find it anywhere. Do you have any suggestions for other treatments? The pigmentation is just a bit, but the scars are more of the pitting type. I'm curious if there's something else that might help!

You can consider using a topical retinoid cream such as Retin-A (tretinoin) gel. Apply a pea-sized amount to the affected areas at night. Additionally, you can also try using a vitamin C serum to help with pigmentation. Make sure to use a sunscreen during the day to protect your skin. If these treatments do not show significant improvement, you may consider procedures like microdermabrasion or laser therapy after consulting with a dermatologist.
