I got stung by a beewasp last week. The initial swelling and redness have gotten better, but now there's this white pus-filled center. Should I be concerned about this?

I'm dealing with this ongoing issue of frictional eczema, and I'm really unsure about the best medication to use. Could you advise me on what would work best in managing this?

For Frictional Eczema, consider over-the-counter (OTC) topical treatments like hydrocortisone cream (1%) to reduce inflammation, calamine lotion or aloe vera gel to soothe and moisturize the skin, and zinc oxide paste to protect the affected area; if symptoms persist, consult a dermatologist for prescription-strength treatments, such as topical steroids or immunomodulators, and guidance on wound care and prevention strategies.

Can using Vaseline help with my Perioral Dermatitis? I think it might've started because I was using a topical steroid cream to lighten my skin. What should I do about this?

Using Vaseline may not be the most effective treatment for Perioral Dermatitis. Instead, you can try using a gentle moisturizer like Cetaphil or Aveeno to soothe the affected area. To treat Perioral Dermatitis caused by topical steroid cream, your doctor may prescribe a mild topical steroid like hydrocortisone cream for a short period of time. It is important to avoid using any steroid creams without medical supervision, as they can worsen the condition if not used correctly.
