I had a bike accident about 5 days back. I've got some rashes on my left hand and there's an injury above my left eye, plus my eye got a little hurt too. A couple of days ago, I noticed some blood in my sputum when I was clearing my throat in the evening, and the same thing happened the next two mornings. I'm kind of worried. What could be going on?

It's been about three weeks since I got over Covid, but I'm having this issue where one side of my nose keeps getting partially blocked off and on throughout the day. The side it happens on changes randomly. Plus, there's this slight feeling of mucus in my throat every now and then. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it pretty normal post-recovery?
It's not uncommon to experience lingering symptoms like nasal congestion and throat mucus after recovering from COVID. These can be part of post-viral recovery, but if they persist or worsen, its a good idea to consult a doctor to rule out any other issues.
