I had a BPH surgery in 2006 that went wrong and left me with uncontrollable incontinence after my sphincter was accidentally cut. In 2007, an Indian-American surgeon performed a sling surgery in Hyderabad, which helped for a while. But now the problem is back even small movements cause urine leakage. Should I consider another sling surgery or are there other options?

it's common that sling operation can give relief to few years,,, and there is always a chance of recurrence after sling surgery, either due to failure of sling operation or bladder over activity, there are other options available to control urinary incontinence or sling operation can be repeated but second time it's little complicated procedure. Consult a urologist for further help.

I'm feeling really weak and my bones just feel fragile. This has been going on for about 8 months now, and lately, I've noticed tremors in my hands. I can hardly hold my phone without my hands starting to ache. I've struggled with over-masturbation for nearly 78 years and every time I do it, I feel like it just makes everything worse. I've tried to stop, but nightfall seems to exacerbate things. I've gone ahead and gotten a bunch of tests done like checking my Vitamin D, Calcium, Uric Acid, and CRP, and they all came back normal. I'm pretty sure this is all linked to the masturbation problem. Could you help me figure out what's going on and suggest some solutions? I'm really worried and would appreciate your guidance.
