I had a circumcision two weeks ago, and my wound is starting to heal with stitches coming off. But now, I'm feeling like my penis glans are super sensitive, and when they touch my pants, it's pretty uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do to reduce this sensitivity, or will it eventually go away on its own?

I'm really worried because my urine culture test showed an E. coli count of 80,000, and it's been like this for a while now. My urologist prescribed antibiotics a few months back, and after taking them for two weeks, the count went up when I stopped. The medicine was switched, but now Im seeing E. coli again. I got an ultrasound KUB which turned out normal and did semen cultures as well, which showed another infection. Even after another round of antibiotics, the infection was still there. Ive been experiencing sharp abdominal pain and sometimes in the rectum, with my urine smelling bad. Why do I keep getting these recurring infections in both my urine and semen cultures? What could be causing this, and what tests should I consider doing next?

It sounds like you're dealing with a persistent E. coli infection that may not have fully cleared despite antibiotics. Chronic or recurrent infections can be due to incomplete treatment, an underlying issue like a urinary tract abnormality, or antibiotic resistance. It's important to consider a urine culture with antibiotic sensitivity testing, possibly imaging studies beyond ultrasound (like CT or MRI), and reviewing the semen culture results to address any underlying causes. A urologist or infectious disease specialist could help explore further options.

I have a 5.8 x 3.5 cm renal cyst in my right kidney and I'm looking for treatment options other than sclerotherapy or surgery. Are there any effective ayurvedic medicines, yoga, jogging, or homeopathy remedies that can help shrink or manage it? I'm a bit worried and want to explore natural alternatives first.

While natural therapies like Ayurveda, yoga, jogging, and homeopathy may offer supportive benefits, they are unlikely to shrink or eliminate a renal cyst of this size (5.8 x 3.5 cm) on their own. Ayurveda may help manage symptoms and improve kidney health, while yoga and exercise can support overall well-being. However, for a cyst of this size, medical intervention, such as sclerotherapy or surgery, might be necessary to address any potential complications or significant discomfort

I'm experiencing a problem where I ejaculate too quickly during sex, and then when I try to go for a second round, I'm not able to continue. This wasn't an issue earlier in my marriage. I'm feeling a bit worried and confused about where to go for help. Should I see a urologist or a sexologist, or maybe consider ayurvedic treatments for this? What would be the best option?

-It's common to face such issues due to stress or lifestyle changes. You can consult a urologist or a sexual health specialist for evaluation and treatment options. Ayurveda can also help improve stamina and address concerns naturally.
