I had a circumcision two weeks ago, and my wound is starting to heal with stitches coming off. But now, I'm feeling like my penis glans are super sensitive, and when they touch my pants, it's pretty uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do to reduce this sensitivity, or will it eventually go away on its own?

I've been dealing with what's probably jock itch and I've been sexually active while this was happening and even masturbated. Now there's this swelling on my penis, like half an inch down from the head, forming a ring about the same width around it. I'm circumcised, but there's also a lot of swelling at the bottom of the head, particularly on the foreskin underneath. I'm really worried about all this and I am wondering what the problem could be and how to handle it as soon as possible.
