I had dengue meningitis back in September-October 2016, and although I've been recovering well, I'm still dealing with some weakness and haven't quite regained my weight. Today, I drank a glass of juice from the market and ended up with loose motion an hour later. Should I be concerned about this, and what steps should I take?

Plenty of soups , daal water, kala chana soup.Avoid aerated drinks.Avoid Milk.Avoid chillies and oilyfried food.
