I had a fever for a few days, and my recent test results indicate typhoid fever at a late stage, but I have not started any treatment yet. My Widal test results are as follows, S.T.O is 1:320, S.T.H is 1:160, S.T.AH is 1:160, S.T.BH is 1:80. Please advise on the next steps for treatment.

These Widal values suggest typhoid infection. Please consult a doctor for a complete clinical evaluation. Timely antibiotic treatment can help avoid complications.
