I experience evening shivering, fever, headache, and body pain. My blood report taken on Friday was normal, with no positive results for malaria or typhoid. Still, the fever returns daily in the evening with shivering, and after taking Dolo 650, it calms down for 3 to 4 hours. I started Lumerex 80 mg yesterday. Please advise if hospital admission is required?

Hi, I was diagnosed with malaria 14 days ago and 2 days before, malaria was not detected in my blood report. I was discharged from the hospital. I am 68 years old. But even after discharge, I am still getting fever of 101 to 102 degrees C. Also, fever is observed only on the head, whereas the body is cold. Please suggest. Your opinion would be much appreciated.
