I had hypospadias surgery when I was younger and now I'm 28. Can I still have a normal sex life or would I need another surgery to fix anything? I'm a bit worried about how this might affect things long-term

After hypospadias surgery, there may be long-term implications for fertility and sexual satisfaction. The surgical implications of hypospadias repair may include the risk of complications such as urethral strictures and fistulas, which can further affect sexual function.

View allI've been diagnosed with grade 3 varicocele and my semen analysis shows moderate oligoasthenozoospermia. Should I go for varicocele surgery and if so, which method works best? Will it help improve my sperm count and motility
Yes, for a grade 3 varicocele with moderate oligoasthenozoospermia, varicocele surgery is generally recommended as it can improve sperm count and motility, and increase the chances of natural pregnancy. Surgical ligation or microvascular embolization are the most common surgical methods and both can be effective.

I've been having this really bad pain in the glans of my penis, right when I start and finish urinating. It's like normal when I'm just going about my day, no pain or anything, but as soon as I pee, it's unbearableit makes me stop mid-flow. The pain kind of eases up during the flow but as it slows down to just drops at the end, that's when it hits me hard. It's honestly the worst pain I've felt. I had a UTI not too long ago and took some meds like Norflex, Cyclopam, and Citralka syrup, and it seemed like I was okay for a bit. Could this be related, or is it something different? I've been drinking a ton of water, but its not helping. Also, I'm not quite sure if it's truly in the glans or maybe through the urethra, but it sure feels like it's around there. Any idea what might be going on?
Since the pain has persisted and is quite severe, it would be a good idea to consult a urologist for a thorough evaluation.

I'm wondering if Viagra can help with ejaculation issues, particularly when trying to conceive. I'm also curious if there's a version of Viagra that might help with anxiety, maybe just for a one-time use. Can you give some advice on this?
