I had laparoscopy surgery for blocked tubes but my period still hasn't come yet, my last period was on 14th October 2022. Should I be worried about this delay? What could be causing it after the surgery?

I'm a bit concerned after finishing my medication with the abortion pill because I'm 4 weeks pregnant and it's been 3 days since I took the misoprostol, but I've only had some spotting and not much bleeding. I'm trying to figure out the best day for getting an ultrasound of my pelvis to check for PCOS. My gynecologist mentioned doing it on the 12th or 13th day after my period starts.
