I had LASIK surgery about a year ago but still have dryness and pain in my eyes. I've been using gentle care drops and gel for the past year, though not regularly. Is this normal or should I be concerned about something else going on?

View allI'm 22 with high myopia at -20D and snail track degeneration. Is there any surgery that can help me get rid of glasses for good? I'm worried about my options since my prescription is so high and I have this eye condition.
Snail track degeneration is not contraindications for Refractive surgery. Anyway Lasik will not be suitable for you. You will hv to consider ICL. Please discuss with your Ophthal.

How can I fix my eyesight without needing glasses? I really don't want to wear spectacles anymore. My eyes start hurting when I don't use them regularly. Are there any eye drops, medicines, or other natural ways to slowly reduce my power over time? I'm okay if it takes a year or longer I just want to avoid surgery and eventually stop wearing glasses. What would you suggest?
ophthal opinion is advised.
