I had my gallbladder removed recently and now I'm dealing with a lot of indigestion and stomach issues. I've heard bile salt supplements and choline might help but I'm not sure which ones to take or how much. Can you recommend specific types or brands that would work best for post-surgery digestion problems? Also, are there any side effects I should watch out for?

I've been diagnosed with a couple of stones in my kidney and gallbladder. While the kidney stones have completely dissolved, the recent ultrasound shows that the gallstones are still in raw formation. Is there any treatment option other than removing the gallbladder? I'm currently taking Udiliv 300.

For gallstones.... U would need surgical removal of gall bladder. Udiliv is given to prevent formation of gallstones in high risk patients such as obese patients n patients who have undergone bariatric surgery.

I had a tonsillectomy about a month back, and ever since, I've been dealing with constant acid reflux. There's this acidic liquid that seems to keep coming up into my mouth, and it's making me feel like I need to vomit. Could this be related to having my tonsils removed? What should I do about it?

It is possible that your acid reflux symptoms are related to your recent tonsillectomy. The condition is known as Laryngopharyngeal Reflux (LPR) and can occur after throat surgeries like tonsillectomy. To help manage your symptoms, you can try taking Omeprazole. Additionally, you can use Gaviscon (antacid) as needed for relief. It is important to avoid spicy and acidic foods, eat smaller meals, and avoid lying down right after eating. If your symptoms persist, consult your doctor for further evaluation and management.

I've been noticing that after I eat even a small amount or just drink a glass of water, I feel really full in my upper stomach, but my lower stomach feels empty. It's kind of weird and sometimes my stomach even hurts. Also, I've been needing to go to the washroom every 3 to 4 hours after eating. Sometimes, it's like there's a lot of pressure for a bowel movement. What could be going on with my stomach?

That could be gastritis, take antacids and consume bland diet and more water to ease your stomach and take adequate rest
