I'm really worried about my performance in bed. I feel like it's not great, and I want to have more sexual energy. After two or three times, I just ejaculate too quickly. Also, I'm concerned because my penis is small. I'm 26 years old and Im wondering if I should start taking shilajit resin. How often would be safe to take it each day or week?

It's important to address any concerns with a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation. Shilajit resin is sometimes used to support energy and vitality, but it's best to consult your doctor for guidance on its usage and to discuss any underlying factors affecting your performance. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and stress management can also contribute to overall sexual health.

I've been thinking about my habits recently. I used to masturbate a lot, but I've now stopped for about a week, and I haven't watched any porn either. Is it okay to completely stop, or is it healthier to do it every now and then?

Stopping masturbation for a week is unlikely to cause harm, and it's okay to abstain or reduce frequency voluntarily; whether to resume masturbation or maintain abstinence depends on personal preferences, values, and goals; consider focusing on overall physical, emotional, and mental well-being, rather than frequency of masturbation.

I've had a lump on my penis for a few years, and recently I've noticed two more smaller ones have appeared. I'm a bit worried about what this could mean. Any idea what might be going on?

This could be due to various reasons such as infections, cysts, or other underlying conditions. I recommend you to take Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for pain relief and inflammation. Additionally, you can apply an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin on the lumps. However, it is important to have a physical examination by a healthcare provider to determine the exact cause and appropriate treatment.
