I had PRK surgery 6 months ago and my right eye seems clearer than my left. At my recent checkup, they found my left eye has CYL 0.25 AXIS 180. Is this something I should be concerned about or will it improve on its own? What steps should I take next?

View allCan PRK surgery be detected during a railway medical exam since it's not allowed for the job I know LASIK is also banned but I'm more worried about PRK showing up on their eye tests
PRK can be detected during a railway medical exam, although it's not as easily detected as LASIK. While LASIK involves creating a flap that can be seen, PRK doesn't, making it more difficult to detect with standard slit lamp examinations. However, advanced tests like corneal topography can detect PRK, and some residual scarring from PRK can also be visible on slit lamp examination.

i have minus 9 and i'm considering smile surgery will it fully correct my vision or is there usually some undercorrection? how does the smile procedure work exactly?
SMILE surgery can correct high myopia like -9, but mild undercorrection is possible. It reshapes the cornea using a femtosecond laser through a keyhole incision, preserving more corneal structure than LASIK.
