I had PRK surgery 6 months ago and my right eye seems clearer than my left. At my recent checkup, they found my left eye has CYL 0.25 AXIS 180. Is this something I should be concerned about or will it improve on its own? What steps should I take next?

Small CYL may not need correction; wait and recheck—eye exercises or glasses may help if vision is blurry.
