I had sex with my boyfriend but now he's marrying someone else and I'm really upset. I want to move on and start fresh with a husband chosen by my parents. Is there any way to get my virginity back without surgery?

My mom's ultrasound report shows a cyst in her left ovary and a small appendicolith measuring 92.3 mm. Can this be treated with medicine or is surgery the only option?

For an ovarian cyst, treatment options range from observation and medication to surgery depending on size and symptoms. Small cysts may resolve on their own, while larger or symptomatic cysts might require surgical removal or other interventions. For an appendicolith (a stone in the appendix), treatment depends on the severity of symptoms and the size of the stone. Options include observation, antibiotics, or surgical removal of the appendix (appendectomy).

I'm really worried because I've missed my period for over 10 days now. I've been having cramps in my lower stomach and pain in my breasts. Today, I noticed some white discharge with a thin red string-like thing in it. Can you tell me what this might be? I'm really concerned about what's going on.

I'm currently 132 weeks pregnant, and I've noticed that my fasting sugar levels have gone up to 110, while they used to be around 75 before I got pregnant. Should I be worried about gestational diabetes? And what steps can I take to manage it? I'm also concerned about whether this could harm my baby.

110 mgdL fasting blood sugar is elevated but not necessarily a sign of gestational diabetes on its own. Confirmatory testing will help determine your next steps.
