I had a Whipple surgery a while ago where they removed parts of my pancreas, bile duct, and gallbladder. Ever since then, I've been struggling to put on weight and now I'm underweight. What kind of diet plan would help me gain some healthy weight?

Unfortunately, chondromalacia patella is not permanently curable . The good news is that symptoms can be managed with treatment, and in some cases, people can experience significant relief. However, the condition can be progressive, meaning it can worsen over time if not properly managed. Given that you've been under treatment for over a year and haven't experienced the desired relief, it may be worth exploring alternative treatment options or seeking a second opinion from a specialist. In terms of adjusting your lifestyle, it's great that you're thinking proactively. Considering your history with sports, you may need to modify your activities to reduce stress on your knee joint. Low-impact exercises like cycling or swimming might be more suitable options for you.
