I have an 11mm kidney stone in my upper pole and need laser surgery to remove it. I really don't want to be put to sleep for the procedure can I just get local anesthesia instead?

I'm a bit worried because the foreskin of my penis used to be attached to the tip, but now it's come down and the head is exposed. It's super sensitive to touch, and I'd really appreciate some advice on how to make it less sensitive. Also, the foreskin isn't going back to the tip. I'm not sure why this is happening, and any help on both these issues would be great.

I'm really concerned about a small bump under my penis glan, right by the frenulum. It's a tiny yellow-white spot, doesn't hurt, and isn't itchy at all. I noticed it when I pulled back my foreskin, and it's been there for about three yearsit was around then that I first realized it. I've never been married or sexually active, so I'm a bit confused about what it could be. I think it might be a Tyson gland but I'm not sure. Does this need any kind of treatment? It's starting to make me anxious, and I'd really appreciate your expert advice.
