I have a 12cm fibroid in my uterus are there any medicine options to treat it without needing surgery? I'm really hoping to avoid an operation if possible. What are my options?

What if periods are late by 10 days?

If next cycle starts from 28 +/- 7 days from the first date of last menstrual cycle then it is considered a normal cycle. A delay of 10 days is not normal and may need evaluation.

I had a D&C for a blighted ovum on the 1st of October and here we are a month later on November 1st, and I still haven't gotten my period. My doctor is out of town, so I'm unable to consult her right now. Can I go ahead and take Deviry 10mg to try and induce my periods? I've taken it before based on my doctor's advice. Is it okay to take Deviry a month after a D&C to help start my period?

Wait for a week more ,if its still delayed then visit your docotor for appropriate management.
