I'm really worried about whether APCOD is a good medicine for managing PCOD. Are there any side effects I should know about? Also, is it an allopathic, Ayurvedic, or homeopathic remedy?
APCOD is an Ayurvedic medicine commonly used to treat Polycystic Ovary Disorder (PCOD), and while some women report benefits, its effectiveness is largely anecdotal and not extensively scientifically proven; potential side effects may include gastrointestinal upset, allergic reactions, or interactions with other medications, so consult an Ayurvedic practitioner

HOW LONG CAN period be delayed?
Periods can get delayed by any number of days, from 30 days to 6 weeks. If next cycle starts from 28 +/- 7 days from the first date of last menstrual cycle then it is considered a normal cycle. Any delay more than it is considered abnormal.
