I have a 12mm kidney stone stuck in my right upper ureter but I'm not feeling any pain how serious is this? If I opt for surgery, how long will the recovery take including bed rest? Can this be treated with laser therapy instead?

View allI'm having some trouble with intimacy. It seems like my wife's vagina feels tight, and although I manage to get aroused and my penis becomes somewhat erect, it soon loses its firmness because I'm unable to penetrate. Oddly enough, I've been able to be successful with other women who aren't virgins. I'm worried because it looks like my wife is still a virgin, and most of the time, I don't even get aroused when I see her. What could be going on here?

I'm a bit worried because I've been masturbating twice a week for the past four years and now my left testicle is hurting. What should I do about the pain?
Testicle pain can have various causes, including infections or inflammation. In your case, it is important to rule out any underlying infection. I recommend taking an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen to help with the pain and inflammation. Additionally, you should consider using a scrotal support to alleviate discomfort. It is advisable to consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment, as you may need antibiotics if there is an infection present.
