I have a 13.3 mm secretory hyperplastic endometrium and two myomas one anterior subserous 31x24 mm and another posterior panmural 76x68 mm. The myometrial-endometrial interface is intact, and my cervix is normal. There's a 21 mm dominant follicle in my right ovary with a corpus luteum, and my ovaries measure 38x21 mm (right) and 31x17 mm (left). No free fluid in the adnexae, but some in the POD. My doctor is recommending surgery are there any alternatives I can consider?

Myomas more than 5cm are theorically better to b removed.. More so if u have menstrual disturbances or difficulty in getting pregnant

No,surgery is advised .Laparoscopic myomectomy or abdominal hysterectomy is advised to the patient. Laparoscopic procedure is minimal invasive procedure and abdominal hysterectomy is an extensive procedure involving larger incision to remove the fibroids.

I had sex on Wednesday and then took Postinor 2 on Friday, but I had sex again on Sunday at 4 am. Do I need to take another Postinor? I'm kinda worried about what I should do next.
It is recommended to take another dose of Postinor 2 within 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected intercourse. So in your case, since you had sex on Sunday at 4:00 am, you can take another dose of Postinor 2 as soon as possible to further reduce the risk of pregnancy.
