I have a 13.3 mm secretory hyperplastic endometrium and two myomas one anterior subserous 31x24 mm and another posterior panmural 76x68 mm. The myometrial-endometrial interface is intact, and my cervix is normal. There's a 21 mm dominant follicle in my right ovary with a corpus luteum, and my ovaries measure 38x21 mm (right) and 31x17 mm (left). No free fluid in the adnexae, but some in the POD. My doctor is recommending surgery are there any alternatives I can consider?

My wife has been diagnosed with an intramural fibroid measuring 5.2x6.1x6.4 cm in the anterior myometrial wall at the fundus and body regions, indenting the endometrium, plus a small subserosal fibroid of 2x1.6 cm along the anterior wall at the fundus region. She needs a myomectomy and we have a United HealthVidal Health TPA corporate insurance policy since April 2016. Can you recommend the best doctor in Hyderabad who can perform this surgery and accepts our insurance?

I've been a bit anxious lately because back in December, I used Meprate tablets to delay my period, and I did get my period once I stopped taking them. But the thing is, now it's January, and I haven't had my period yet. I'm really wondering if this could be a side effect from the Meprate I took last month, or should I be thinking about taking a pregnancy test? What's your take on this?

u test it first
