I have 3D myopia in both eyes and I've heard people say myopia can be reduced naturally without surgery. Some claim they lowered their prescription by wearing glasses with 0.25D less power than needed and doing eye exercises like the 20-20-20 rule. Is there any truth to this? Can myopia improve even slightly without surgery?

High myopia and exercises aren’t proven to reduce myopia;specialized slow-progress lenses and lifestyle changes may stabilize vision, but corrections don’t reverse it.
